What are we looking for?

Experienced Leaders in the following Roles

• Project Managers with proven experience in managing Production Mining and Bulk Material Movements in a safe environment
• Production Superintendents or Mine Engineers wanting to take the next step in coordinating the Safe and Efficient Mining Plan
• Shift Supervisors that can effectively lead a production crew, achieving targets set out in the mine plan, ensuring the crew is trained and operates the plant safe and effectively
• Maintenance Superintendent that will be working with Operations to ensure plant maintenance is coordinated, planned and communicated in a affective manner
• Maintenance Supervisor that can ensure all Scheduled and breakdown maintenance is carried out in a safe and affective process

What You Will Be Doing

As an experienced team leader, you will have the ability to effectively manage the safe operations involving the following equipment

• PC1800/2000, or similar
• D10 Dozers, or similar
• 777/785 haul trucks, or similar
• Ancillary Equipment
• Grader, Watercarts, Loaders, and other equipment as required

What You Will Need

• Previous experience in a mining environment as per designated role
• Current Drivers Licence & right to work in Australia
• The ability to pass a Medical and Drug and Alcohol screen
