Leadership Team
Clinton Wolf
Clinton Wolf has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Murdoch University. He has business interests in Media, Health, Mining, Civil and Construction. Clinton is currently Chairman of iContracting Pty Ltd, Executive Chairman of Spartan First Health and Managing Director if the National Indigenous Times. He is passionate about Indigenous education and is a Non-Executive Director of Madalah, which provides Scholarships to Indigenous Secondary and Tertiary students.
Craig Mack
Craig Mack is an experienced leader, senior executive and director with over 25 years’ experience in Business Management, Corporate Governance, Finance and Project & Commercial Management. Having held several Executive positions in numerous contracting businesses, he has a proven track record of delivering positive outcomes for all stakeholders. Craig has gained significant experience across a number of industries and contracting disciplines including Civil, Mining, Facilities Management, SMP Construction and Shutdowns. Craig holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a Certified Practising Accountant.
Robert O'Reilly
Finance Manager
Robert has over 20 years’ experience in senior finance roles, largely within the construction and mining services industries. Having worked in both project reporting and corporate compliance roles, Robert provides the conduit between operations and head office functions. Robert holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a Chartered Accountant.
Anton Colev
General Manager Operations
Anton is a multidisciplinary engineering Operations Manager with a history of achieving outcomes in challenging situations. He has a strong background in non-process infrastructure projects across a variety of industries including local & state government, defence, and mining. He has worked as a contractor and a client for companies such as FMG and Rio Tinto, personally managing projects up to $500m. Anton holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration, and is an Alumni of the Royal Military College, Duntroon, Australia.
Jason Mance
Human Resources Manager
Jason has over 20 years’ experience in senior Human Resource Management roles, overseeing workforce strategy with experience leading teams in mobilising talent locally, nationally, and globally. Jason has gained his expertise across a range of industries including Civil, Construction, Mining and Transport Logistics.
Having worked in project and change management across talent acquisition and capability development, Jason provides ongoing guidance to support our operational teams. Jason holds a Postgraduate degree in HRM and is certified member of Australian HR Institute (AHRI).
Dan Dreier

Dan Dreier has over 20 years’ experience in the civil construction and mining industries, including road constructon, site preparation and maintenance, drill and blast, load and haul, and rehabilitation projects. Utilising his operational background, combined with project management experience with a commitment to safety, delivering high quality results for all internal and external stakeholders.
